These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and royal771 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the royal771 online gaming and sports betting platform available at royal771.org. By creating an account or otherwise accessing the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

1. Definitions

• "Platform" means the royal771 website, mobile site, and all associated services available at royal771.org.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Funds" means real money deposited into or held within a Player's Account.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, reload offer, or other non-cash incentive granted by royal771.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it or any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required under applicable anti-money laundering standards.

2. Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of the royal771 Platform is conditional on your full acceptance of these Terms. By completing the account registration process, you represent that:

1. You have read and understood these Terms;
2. You satisfy all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3;
3. You are not registering on behalf of a third party;
4. All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the Platform.

3. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the royal771 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. Royal771 operates a strict 21+ policy. We conduct age verification checks and reserve the right to request documentary evidence (MyKad, passport, or equivalent) at any point. Accounts found to belong to persons under 21 will be immediately closed and all Funds held pending investigation.
• Jurisdiction: You are solely responsible for determining whether online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction. Royal771 makes no representation regarding the legality of the Platform in any specific territory.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts will be suspended. Winnings generated from duplicate accounts may be voided.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not register if you are currently subject to a self-exclusion order on this Platform or any related gaming network.

4. Account Registration

To access real-money games on royal771, you must register a verified Account. During registration you will be required to provide a valid username, email address, contact number, date of birth, and preferred currency (MYR). You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential;
• Notify royal771 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account;
• Complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal. KYC documents accepted include Malaysian MyKad, passport, and utility bills issued within the past three months as proof of address;
• Not share, transfer, or sell your Account to any other person.

Royal771 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account that cannot be fully verified, or where verification documents are inconsistent with the information provided at registration.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits. Royal771 accepts MYR deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and Public Bank FPX. The minimum deposit is RM30. Deposits via e-wallet are typically credited to your Account instantly. Bank transfers during banking hours are normally processed within 15 minutes. Royal771 does not charge deposit fees; third-party processing fees, if any, are at your payment provider's discretion.

Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is approved. Processing times for verified accounts are as follows: e-wallet withdrawals within 30 minutes; bank transfer withdrawals within one to three business days. Royal771 reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals exceeding defined thresholds as required by anti-money laundering obligations.

Dormant Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for twelve consecutive months are classified as dormant. Royal771 will attempt to contact the registered email address before applying a monthly administrative fee of RM10 to dormant accounts. Accounts with a zero balance after this process will be closed.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

All Bonuses offered by royal771 are subject to wagering requirements and the specific terms of each promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page. General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate Bonus Balance. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or associated winnings are transferred to the real money balance;
• Standard wagering requirements range from 25x to 40x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms;
• Bonuses are not transferable between accounts or redeemable for cash without satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements;
• Royal771 reserves the right to withdraw any Bonus and related winnings if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of bonus terms, or use of prohibited betting patterns;
• In the event of a conflict between these general terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion's terms prevail for that promotion.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the royal771 Platform:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place wagers;
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or misquoted odds;
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any form of fraudulent betting;
• Opening multiple accounts or using another person's identity or payment method;
• Laundering money or using the Platform for any unlawful financial activity;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing members of the royal771 support team or other players.

Royal771 reserves the right to close any Account engaging in prohibited conduct, void all associated wagers and winnings, and report the activity to relevant authorities where required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the royal771 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and database compilations — is the intellectual property of royal771 or its licensed providers and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or public display of Platform content without express written consent is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Royal771 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied;
• Royal771 shall not be liable for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Royal771's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total Funds deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim;
• Royal771 is not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party payment providers, telecommunications failures, or force majeure events.

10. Responsible Gaming

Royal771 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides the following tools, available to all registered players via the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps;
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications for session duration;
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary (30-day to 12-month) or permanent exclusion from the Platform. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible;
• Cooling-Off Period: Request a short-term cooling-off period of 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days.

11. Amendments

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under the jurisdiction of royal771's licensing authority. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant regulatory body.
